By typing my name below and registering for Gym Rats, on my behalf, and on the behalf of my minor, I do hereby agree to release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Stillwater Public Schools and Stilly Basketball, its officers, agents, and employees of and from all causes, liabilities, damages, claims, or demands whatsoever on account of any injury or accident involving the said minor arising out of the minor's attendance of Camp. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of SPS and Stilly Basketball, its officers, agents, and employees, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in Gym Rats.
